I chose to profile these organizations for a few reasons -- their membership base and lead organizers include white antiracists and they are or were large organizations that made a significant impact on movement organizing and strategy. I encourage you to search out organizations in your own community who are doing antiracist work, and/or start where you are and consider ways you can "do antiracism" in organizations/workplaces you are already a part of.
